Applicable Law Forum
Our Agreement's shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zurich Switzerland. Security Policy Primus Pilus maintains a strict security policy regarding whom it trains. Persons who do not fulfill all the requirements stipulated by Swiss law will not be allowed to register for courses offered by Primus Pilus. In particular the Swiss Federal Act on Weapons, Accessories and Ammunition and its implementing Ordinance Waffen Recht Article 12 including the prohibitation of weapons training to the following persons of the nations of Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Turkey, Sri Lanka;, Algeria, Albania. We also reserve the right to not accept applications based on Religion, Origin, Cultural and Ethnical demographics without any explanation nor justification, in other words, if we do not like you, your country, your image or the culture, religion of your country, we will ignore you.

Persons applying for training will be subject to strict rules and authority, agreeing also to a written declaration and agreement prior to attendance, this will be explained in detail when enrolling on a course. Persons suffering from Diabetes or any disorder requiring the continuous use of psychoactive medication will not be able to attend training.

The Customer shall not, either during his engagement or at any other time thereafter for whatever reason consider or carry out the creation of a training company offering similar courses to Primus Pilus, nor shall he divulge or communicate to any person or persons except to those officials of the company any Confidential information relating to the business of the Company and its clients which may have been disclosed to the Customer or which may otherwise have come to his attention including, without limitation, any confidential information of the Company information relating to: Disclosure of details of customers, clients and potential clients or suppliers. Processes or methods used or to be used in any of those businesses. Goods or services supplied or to be supplied including costs and pricing policies. Documentation relating to training programs. Any business development plans and future service/products tendered for. All books, training aids, papers, drawings, designs, documents, records, computer software and presentations made by or in the possession or control of the Customer relating to the business of the Company and all other property of the Company are, and remain, the property of the Company.

Journalist, propagandists, plagiarists, walter mitties and stringers; cave quid dicis, quando, et cui. Privacy does still exist, If you choose to test us we will test you - Primus Pilus is not a politically correct nor tolerant organization,

Training Course. Primus Pilus herewith undertakes to offer to the Customer Tactical training: Applicable law; Forum This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. Enrollment procedure

• Submit the contact form with your correct details.
• Once received we will send you a booking form.
• Once the booking form is received by us then you will be sent an Invoice and travel instructions.
• Payment in full of invoice must be received within the time frame specified.
• Customer MUST bring a photocopy of passport or national ID card.

Payment Conditions

• Full payment to be received before enrollment.
• Any issue resulting in failure to attend a course must be sent in writing, however if this is due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer a rebooking of an alternative date. if not accepted then loss of deposit will result.
• If accepted and not more than 30 days then no costs apply, less than 30 days you will subject to an additional surcharge of £150.-- this is for for rebooking.
• If for any reason Primus Pilus cannot conduct a course on the date agreed then an alternative date will be offered, all costs will be the clients responsibility and we do not accept any liability for additional charges that may be levied by any third party.

Overseas training or Private training in CH (This information is non applicable to our scheduled programs in CH)

Full payment on the agreed price must be made prior to training start dates, once full payment has been and the dates and conditions agreed we will notify you by post. Due to the logistics and expenses of conducting such programs, cancellation by the client will result in a 100% loss of fees if an alternative date cannot be agreed, in addition to any incurring additional fees. If Primus Pilus must reschedule a date then all costs incurred will be liable to Primus Pilus and not to the client. Primus Pilus will not cancel any bespoke agreement however we reserve the right to cancel if any law or confidentiality agreement is contradicted, this will result in notification by post / email in addition to loss of any fees that have been incurred by third parties organizations and Primus Pilus. We build the bespoke programs on trust, every effort must be made to ensure that the planning put in place is implemented to limited additional charges by third party organizations privy to our agreement.
